Introducing ‘Nourish’ at Alexander House Care Home

In line with our brand new care home opening soon, we are delighted to announce that we are partnering with Nourish the award-winning digital care management system at Alexander House Care Home. Providing the very best in person-centred care for our future residents is our top priority and Nourish will help us do just that.

From our initial care assessment prior to moving into the home and throughout a resident's time with us, we will develop personalised care plans for every resident which will then be recorded on Nourish. Implementing this system will empower our care teams by using data to understand even better each of our residents. 

Nourish will provide insights to our team that allow for better decision-making and even greater visibility for monitoring, analysing, and improving care practices, ensuring that person-centred care is at the heart of everything we do.

Via handsets, that look like mobile phones, our care team will be able to accurately record at the point of care, which in turn enables our carers to spend more quality time with our residents rather than having to manually update care plans.

Information will be recorded timely and accurately and will provide a further level of assurance for residents' loved ones of the care and support that they are receiving.

We are setting the standards high in everything we do and by investing in equipment and resources, we can ensure that the care delivered to residents will be both efficient and tailored to their needs.
