Respite Care

We understand that every day will be different for our residents, regardless of how long their stay is. Our Respite Care is a great option for someone looking for short-term care to obtain a better understanding of our facilities, services and to meet the team. It is also ideal for caregivers who are looking for a break from caring, as Alexander House will provide the person you are caring for with a warm, inviting, and supportive environment whilst you recharge for however long you need. Our respite care can last anywhere from three weeks to many months and can be scheduled or supplied on an emergency basis. Like our other types of care, a pre-admission assessment will be carried out so that we can provide the most appropriate level of care.
