Work Continues to Progress Well at Alexander House

Exterior of Care Home

Last Friday 4th March, the team made a visit to Alexander House Care Home site in the charming suburb of Pinhoe, Exeter, to see just how well work has progressed since their last visit.

The purpose-built, 67 bed home has seen major improvements over the last few months. With the windows now in place, the main focus of the visit was on the interior and the coming together of rooms within the home.

The Alexander House team were delighted to look around the communal rooms in the home such as the lounges, hair salon, and dining rooms. These luxury, high-quality facilities will offer future residents a plethora of opportunities to relax, socialise, celebrate, and ultimately live an active and fulfilled lifestyle.

Throughout the visit, the team was really able to see Alexander House come to life and they got a real feel for just how light and spacious the home will be when completed. The home, which has been expertly designed throughout, has seen the en-suite bathrooms start to take shape as they have now been fitted with beautiful modern tiles. The internal colours for the home's decor are a palette of blues, greens, and greys, which perfectly mimics the great outdoors that our residents will have views of and access to with our private landscaped garden.

As the project heads into its last leg of the journey, the home will see further development with decorating and final touches, ready for opening this Spring 2022. The friendly and professional team at Alexander House are extremely excited to open its doors and welcome their first residents, offering them a variety of care services within Nursing, Residential, Dementia, and Respite Care.
