Meet Our New Salon Staff Member

We are delighted to introduce Amanda Teague from Glitz Hair who has officially joined the Alexander House family as our resident hairdresser and nail technician. Amanda will be visiting the home weekly to ensure that all of our lovely residents have access to her services which will include ladies' hairdressing, barbering, and nail treatments. It’s the Alexander House way of living; ensuring that all of our residents are looking and feeling their very best at all times. 

We’re firm believers in the idea that looking after your body is one of the best ways to look after your mind. The mental and physical well-being of our residents is of the utmost importance to us, and with Amanda coming to visit Alexander House every week, we just know that our residents will be over the moon to see her and get their regular treatments done.

Our Salon is just one of the fantastic facilities we have to offer. We also have our own Garden Café situated right next door, perfect for popping in after your appointment for a big slice of cake and a lovely cup of tea. Whether you’ve just come from your appointment, or you’re simply waiting for your friend or loved one to finish up at the salon, the Garden Café opens its doors for everyone, residents and visitors alike. Alexander House offers all-inclusive living, which is just one of the many benefits of group living our home is proud to provide.
