Our First Employee of the Month
At Alexander House Care Home in Pinhoe, Exeter, staff have been readily preparing for the opening of our home which is fast approaching.
We are delighted to announce that Maggie, one of our Senior Care Assistants is our first employee of the month for her engagement with staff and ability to motivate her colleagues.
Ahead of our opening soon, our staff have been rallying together to ensure that the home is at a high standard and that they are all prepared to deliver first-class care, ready for when we welcome the first of our residents.

Whether towards our residents or eachother, our values ensure that we work as a unit and strive for the same goal, which is to deliver high-quality care, in a safe and welcoming environment whilst giving residents opportunities to meet new people, pursue interests and continue to live their lives the way they wish.
Maggie was rewarded with a trophy and bottle of her favourite gin as a thank you for her outstanding performance so far. We take the appreciation of our staff very seriously at Alexander House Care Home and recognise the importance of supporting our staff in being the most effective carers they can be.
